including BAA, DPA, and DocuSign workflows.\n\n Create systems to automate customer security and compliance questionnaires.\n\n Partner with legal and security stakeholders to encode compliance logic into reliable tools.\n\n Build account receivable workflows, invoicing support, and automated customer communications.\n\n Develop tooling for enterprise customer onboarding and account setup.\n\n Reduce operational overhead by replacing manual processes with robust internal systems.\n\n Build and maintain automations across CRM and GTM systems.\n\n Implement customer lifecycle automations across signup, onboarding, expansion, and renewal.\n\n Support targeted website, ads, and email personalization workflows.\n\n Partner closely with GTM teams to ship tools that directly impact revenue efficiency.\n\n Integrate with third-party systems\n\n Design APIs and internal services that scale company growth.\n\nQualifications:\n A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field.\n\n 2+ years of full-stack professional software engineering experience\n\n Experience with React and Python for 1+ year and are comfortable building and iterating on user-facing features\n\n 1+ year of startup experience and are comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration\n\n Strong across backend, frontend, and integrations, not just one layer\n\n Enjoy working on internal tools that directly impact how teams operate\n\n Move quickly on 0-1 projects without needing heavy process or direction\n\n Communicate clearly with non-engineering stakeholders and cross-functional partners\n\n Prefer ownership and responsibility over narrowly scoped tickets\n\n Experience partnering closely with GTM, Ops, Finance, or Legal teams is a plus\n\n Prior work on internal tooling, automation platforms, or workflow systems is a plus\n\n Hands-on experience with CRM, billing, or compliance-related systems is a
