We offer relocation assistance to new employees.\nIn this role, you will:\nOwn end-to-end design for growth experiences across ChatGPT\n\nDesign and improve experiences across user lifecycle stages like discovery, onboarding, activation, engagement, collaboration, conversion, and retention.\n\nTurn ambiguous opportunities into clear hypotheses, compelling prototypes, and polished product experiences.\n\nSet a high bar for interaction design, visual craft, systems thinking, content, and end-to-end coherence.\n\nPartner closely with product, engineering, data science, research, and go-to-market teams to shape both strategy and execution.\n\nUse quantitative data, experimentation, research, and qualitative insights to identify opportunities and evaluate outcomes.\n\nTranslate complex and rapidly evolving AI capabilities into approachable experiences for people with a wide range of technical expertise.\n\nMove fluidly between longer-term product vision and fast, iterative execution.\n\nContribute reusable patterns and insights that strengthen growth experiences across ChatGPT.\n\nYou might thrive in this role if you:\nHave a portfolio demonstrating exceptional product thinking, interaction design, and visual craft across complex, shipped products.\n\nHave led substantial product initiatives from early exploration through launch and iteration.\n\nPossess strong product judgment and can connect user needs, business goals, technical possibilities, and measurable outcomes.\n\nAre comfortable working with data and experiments while balancing quantitative signals with research, intuition, and design judgment.\n\nCan move quickly without compromising clarity, coherence, trust, or craft.\n\nAre fluent in using AI to explore, prototype, communicate, and extend what you can build.\n\nCan turn ambiguous, fast-moving problems into a clear point of view and actionable product direction.\n\nCommunicate through strong narratives and prototypes that align cross-functional teams.\n\nAre excited to rethink established growth patterns and invent interactions that feel native to AI.\n\nCare deeply about building products that are useful, trustworthy, and worthy of users’ time.\n\nDirect experience in growth design or developer products is helpful but not required.
