This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong execution with sound judgment and enjoys building simple, scalable processes in a fast-moving environment.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn core People operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, employee changes, and HR systems.\n\nServe as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day People matters.\n\nMaintain and improve People policies and processes, ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.\n\nSupport company-wide People programs, including performance reviews, compensation cycles, and employee experience initiatives.\n\nPartner with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and other teams on cross-functional People needs.\n\nContinuously improve and automate People processes to support a growing global organization.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n5+ years of experience in People Operations, Human Resources, or a related HR role, ideally in a fast-paced company.\n\nStrong knowledge of U.S. employment law, with hands-on experience navigating California employment requirements and practices.\n\nExperience supporting global teams across multiple locations, including both onsite and remote employees.\n\nStrong understanding of core HR operations and the employee lifecycle, including HRIS, benefits, leaves, onboarding/offboarding, and People policies.\n\nExcellent judgment, discretion, and attention to detail, particularly when handling sensitive employee matters.\n\nStrong communicator who can build trust with both employees and managers.\n\nIndependent, practical, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to build structure and scalable processes in a fast-moving environment.\n\nWhy Join OpenArt\nHelp shape the People function at an important stage of the company’s growth.\n\nTake meaningful ownership and have direct impact on how we build and support our team.\n\nWork with a collaborative, global team at the forefront of AI and creative technology.\n\nHelp build the organizational foundation for a rapidly growing company.\n\nCompensation\nBase: $105,000 -
