In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of smart contracts and their integration into our broader financial ecosystem. You will act as a technical authority on blockchain security, scalability, and architecture, ensuring our platform meets the rigorous demands of institutional digital finance.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nSmart Contract & Blockchain Development\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy smart contracts and blockchain applications.\nBuild and maintain secure, scalable backend services for blockchain products.\nDevelop and maintain cross-platform applications that integrate with on-chain infrastructure.\nIntegrate wallets, payment systems, and blockchain APIs with existing systems.\nOptimize for gas efficiency, transaction latency, reliability, and scalability.\nSecurity & Quality\nImplement and uphold best practices for blockchain security and smart contract auditing.\nReview smart contracts and backend code for security vulnerabilities and performance issues.\nSupport audits, security reviews, and production releases.\nMaintain high test coverage and disciplined release processes.\nCollaboration & Communication\nCollaborate with product and engineering teams to define and deliver technical requirements.\nCommunicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nMentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.\nStay current with emerging blockchain technologies, DeFi, and Web3 infrastructure trends.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nExperience: 3+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on blockchain/Web3 development.\nBlockchain Core: Strong experience with Solidity and EVM-compatible chains (Ethereum, Polygon, and others).\nProduction Deployment: Proven track record building, testing, deploying, and maintaining smart contracts in production.\nDeep Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of blockchain architecture, including consensus mechanisms, gas optimization, wallet flows, token standards, and transaction lifecycles.\nFull-Stack Proficiency: Good understanding of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and how full-stack applications integrate with blockchain infrastructure.\nBackend Expertise: Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript with experience building RESTful backend applications.\nTesting & Tooling: Experience with smart contract and backend testing frameworks (e.g., Foundry, Hardhat, Mocha, Jest) and Web3 libraries like Ethers.js or Web3.js.\nCloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with AWS, including deploying, managing, and scaling services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.\nDatabases & DevOps: Comfortable with relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases, Git, and collaborative development workflows.\nSoft Skills: Strong communication skills in English with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.\n\nNice to Have\nFamiliarity with the Move language (Sui, Aptos).\nExperience with smart contract audit tooling such as Slither, Mythril, or Manticore.\nExposure to RWA tokenization, DeFi, stablecoins, NFTs, staking, or bridging protocols.\nProfessional background in fintech, payments, or regulated blockchain use cases.\n\nWe are committed to providing equal opportunity for qualified applicants to contract positions, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
