The Goal

As a Senior Atlassian Engineer you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of all Atlassian products like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other associated tools.

What you’ll be doing

• Monitors and improves the performance of Atlassian applications to ensure optimal user experience.

• Implements and manages security protocols and permissions to protect the data within Atlassian applications.
• Integrates Atlassian tools with other software applications used by the organization to streamline workflows and improve

efficiency.

• Provides expert-level assistance and training to users, helping them to effectively utilize Atlassian tools for their tasks.
• Develops and implements custom scripts, plugins, and add-ons to extend the functionality of Atlassian tools.
• Develops and maintains comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures related to Atlassian

administration.

• Leads projects related to the implementation and upgrading of Atlassian tools, ensuring they are completed on time and within

budget.

• Collaborates with Atlassian and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues and stays updated on new features and best

practices.

• Identifies areas of improvement in the use of Atlassian tools and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency .
• Liaises with the users and stakeholders to understand their use cases and business needs.
• Prepares and communicates regular reports on work-related activities, within IT team and across departments as needed
