In this role, you will work closely with a Senior HR Business Partner to support HR initiatives, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness across the company.\nThis role supports key areas including performance management, employee relations, talent development, leadership coaching, recruiting support, and workforce planning. The HRBP will play an important role in supporting employees throughout the full employee lifecycle and helping foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture as the company scales.\nResponsibilities\nServe as a strategic HR partner by providing tailored guidance, coaching, and support to leaders and employees across the organization.\nBuild strong, trusted relationships throughout the organization to understand business priorities, team dynamics, and operational challenges.\nSupport organizational change initiatives by helping leaders and teams navigate transitions effectively and thoughtfully.\nProvide HR expertise and guidance in areas including performance management, employee relations, talent development, leadership coaching, and workforce planning.\nProactively identify team and leadership development opportunities and recommend practical, scalable solutions.\nGuide managers through employee relations matters with professionalism, consistency, and sound judgment.\nCollaborate with Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, HR Operations, and other cross-functional partners to deliver effective HR solutions and programs.\nSupport initiatives that strengthen company culture, employee experience, and alignment across teams.\nMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.\nPerform additional HR-related responsibilities as needed.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree required.\n4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.\nExperience supporting multiple teams or business functions in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment preferred.\nStrong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to influence and coach leaders at various levels of the organization.\nKnowledge of core HR practices, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational support.\nAbility to manage competing priorities and adapt effectively in a changing environment.\nResilient and comfortable working in a dynamic business environment.\nStrong problem-solving skills with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.\nDemonstrated professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.\nPlease note that sponsorship of new applicants for employment authorization, or any other immigration-related support, is not available for this position at this time.\nThe Perks!\nEmployees are eligible to purchase company stock at a discounted rate\nCollaborative, fun, creative culture where idea sharing is encouraged\n Casual dress (Jeans are welcome!)\nMedical, dental, vision & prescription benefits starting day 1!
