You will be part of the AFC team responsible for servicing and elevating relationships with our major dealer accounts. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your experience in streamlining business processes, collaborating with team members, and analyzing trends and metrics to mitigate risk. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in customer service or account management.\nYou Are:\nDetail-oriented. You will ensure the accuracy and compliance of floor planning through meticulous attention to detail.\nAdaptable. You can adjust to changing circumstances, customer issues, and dynamic environments.\nOrganized. You will maintain a systematic approach to tasks, prioritize them effectively, and keep records to ensure efficiency and productivity.\nYou Will:\nMake funding determinations based on daily dealer account usage across multiple data points.\nCommunicate to the dealer current account status and provide resolutions to any issues encountered.\nPossess authority to approve or deny floorings based on an accounts business model or when risk is identified.\nAnalyze account trends.\nEffectively promote other OPENLANE businesses’ products and services to customers.\nUnderstand and operate within compliance of all applicable laws and codes for the assigned geographic area.\nWhere you will work:\nThis will be on on-site position located at our Carmel, IN headquarters location.\nMust Have’s:\nCollege degree or equivalent work experience\nExperience in a collections role/environment\nFamiliarity with concepts, procedures, and processes typically used in the automotive and financial services industries\nExperience using Customer relationship management (CRM) tools\nStrong organizational, clerical, oral, and written language skills\nNice to Have’s:\nExperience handling vehicle titles\nAccount management experience in the automotive industry\n Sound like a match?
