You will be involved in reviewing automated accounting transactions, conducting title and payment research, and updating Salesforce/SAP records. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in basic accounting principles, 10-key data entry, and resolving vendor/dealer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of accounts payable or transactional accounting experience.\nYou Are:\nDetail-Oriented. You maintain high accuracy in data entry, log incoming/outgoing mail for audit compliance, and reconcile accounts precisely.\nAn Effective Communicator. You possess strong verbal and written communication skills to resolve internal and external inquiries politely and efficiently.\nOrganized & Adaptable. You excel at prioritizing multiple tasks, meeting strict SLA deadlines, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.\nA Problem Solver. You independently perform title and payment research and resolve transaction discrepancies in accordance with SOPs.\nYou Will:\nProcess Accounts Payable duties in compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), including dealer refunds (arbitrations and voids) and rebate/incentive payments.\nReview automated transactions and execute daily check and ACH payment runs for US and Canada operations.\nConduct in-house title and payment research as needed to resolve complex transactional questions.\nProcess, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail quickly and accurately for audit records.\nFollow up on and resolve internal and external inquiries, updating Salesforce and SAP systems as needed.\nPerform other operational duties and projects as assigned by your Supervisor.\nYou Have:\n2+ years of experience in accounts payable, transactional accounting, or high-volume administrative support.\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nUnderstanding of basic accounting principles and strong 10-key data entry skills.\nCompetent usage of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Microsoft Excel.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with excellent organizational abilities.\nNice to Have’s:\nPrior experience utilizing SAP enterprise software or Salesforce CRM.\nPrevious experience in the automotive remarketing, vehicle transport, or auto auction industry.\n Sound like a match?
