You’ll use AI to move faster, ship higher-quality software, and reduce operational and development toil, while still applying strong engineering judgment, ownership, and systems thinking.\nYou’ll work on customer-facing wholesale marketplace apps spanning seller and buyer experiences, partnering closely with Product, Android, backend, and platform teams.\nAI is an accelerator. You value clean, maintainable code, strong testing practices, and production-ready engineering standards.\nYou Bring:\nCore Engineering Skills\nExperience building and operating production iOS applications at scale\nStrong fundamentals: architecture, concurrency, networking, performance, and App Store quality\nFamiliarity with CI/CD (including Mac runners), code review, and production observability\nEnd-to-end ownership from design collaboration through release and follow-up\nAI-First Mindset\nActively uses AI development tools (code copilots, AI debuggers, test generators)\nCurious about applying AI to real customer and business problems\nAble to critically evaluate AI outputs instead of blindly accepting them\nComfortable learning and adapting in a fast-changing tool landscape\nTechnical Experience\nSwift; SwiftUI MVVM (and UIKit/Storyboards in mature codebases)\nModular iOS architecture; SPM; shared internal kits/packages\nProtocol-oriented / environment-based DI; coordinators or similar navigation patterns\nFeature flags; product analytics; crash reporting; auth (e.g. OIDC/AppAuth)\nSnapshot and UI testing\nFastlane-based release automation\nCamera / scanning or realtime (e.g. SignalR) features\nYou Will:\nDesign, build, and ship iOS features across seller and buyer marketplace experiences\nLead technical direction on iOS: SwiftUI growth alongside UIKit legacy, shared kits, and cross-cutting concerns (auth, flags, analytics)\nRaise the bar on unit/UI/snapshot testing and PR gates; partner on TestFlight / App Store release hygiene\nUse AI tools to accelerate delivery while mentoring Intermediate engineers\nPartner with Android so product behavior stays aligned across platforms\nHow You’ll Use AI in This Role:\nAI-assisted coding and refactoring\nAI-generated test coverage and validation\nAI-supported debugging and root-cause analysis\nAI-assisted documentation and knowledge sharing\nApplying AI tools to reduce repetitive work and increase engineering leverage\nWho You Will Work With:\nReporting to an Engineering Manager (Mobile), this role collaborates closely with Product Managers, designers, backend and platform engineers, QA, and the sibling Android mobile team on a daily basis.\nMust Have’s:\n5+ years professional iOS development (or equivalent depth)\nProficiency in Swift\nExperience building apps with SwiftUI\nExperience shipping apps via TestFlight / the App Store\nDemonstrated ownership of complex features and cross-cutting concerns\nAI-first mindset and daily use of AI development tools with critical evaluation of outputs\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience\nNice to Have’s:\nLeading UIKit → SwiftUI migrations\nWholesale, marketplace, auction, or high-volume transactional mobile apps\nCross-reading Android/Kotlin PRs; mentoring experience\nBrowserStack or multi-OS snapshot strategies\nFamiliarity with hybrid WebView / Cordova surfaces\nQualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
