The Program Coordinator is responsible for the quality and usability of customer data.\nResponsibilities and Duties:\nMonitor data integrity across systems and escalate data issues to appropriate team\nIdentify duplicate data and parent duplicates to provide unique opportunities and TAM to Sales Team\nAssist with Lead Generation Data Scrubbing and assignment\nTriage Tier 1 Support Cases regarding Data and Out of Business\nVet Dealer Group and membership and tag appropriately\nMap acquired data to existing platform data through Salesforce\nUtilize standard process for data stewardship and leverage internal and external tools to validate\nAudit current deals and fee programming\nMust be proficient in Salesforce, Excel, Slack and experience with using Domo Dashboards and Reports to drill down into data.\nAbility to input data into google sheets and Salesforce\nAbility to create cases in Slack and email. Monitor status and continue the process after cases are completed. .\nExcellent Time management and prioritization of efforts based on impact to business\nAll other duties assigned\nEducational Requirements and Qualifications:\nStrong written and verbal communication.\nProficient in MS Office, intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel.\nStrong CRM skills (preferably Salesforce).\nMust exhibit strong team player attributes with the ability to multitask and prioritize.\nAbility to work independently, but maintaining close communication with the Sales Ops Team\nSound like a match?
