The specific requirements may vary based on the industry, business unit, and product or service being sold.\nResponsibilities and Duties\nCustomer Engagement:Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.\nProvide information about available used cars, including features, specifications, and pricing.\nSchedule and conduct virtual or in-person vehicle demonstrations for potential buyers.\n\nSales Process:Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to the final sale.\nConduct needs assessments to understand customer preferences and budget constraints.\nCollaborate with other team members, including finance and inventory management, to ensure a smooth sales process.\n\nProduct Knowledge:Stay updated on the features and specifications of the pre-owned vehicles in the inventory.\nEducate customers on the benefits of purchasing used cars and address any concerns they may have.\n\nNegotiation and Closing:Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to secure the sale.\nClose sales and complete necessary paperwork, ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met.\n\nCustomer Relationship Management:Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.\nFollow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.\n\nQualifications\nPrevious experience in automotive sales, particularly in the used car market, is preferred.\nA college diploma or equivalent experience is required.
