You will be involved in executing accurate end-to-end payroll, processing payroll changes, and maintaining wage garnishments and tax levies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in Workday, Microsoft Excel, and multi-state compliance auditing. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in large-volume payroll processing.\nYou Are:\nDetail-Oriented: You perform accurate biweekly payroll processing and audit wage, tax, and time-off reports with extreme accuracy.\nCompliance-Minded: You stay knowledgeable on federal, state, and local regulations regarding child support, garnishments, and tax levies.\nCommunicative: You maintain a smooth flow of communication with corporate and field HR staff while serving as a helpful resource for employees and managers.\nOrganized & Timely: You consistently manage deadlines to ensure payday targets and year-end tax document deadlines are met.\nYou Will:\nExecute accurate and complete biweekly payroll processing for assigned OPENLANE locations in accordance with corporate guidelines.\nMaintain payroll data, records, and timely updates within the payroll system as required by law and company policy.\nEnter and accurately maintain wage garnishments, child support orders, and tax levies.\nPerform periodic reviews and audits of quarterly and annual wage and tax reports for accuracy.\nSupport internal, external, and corporate audits by resolving discrepancies and pulling necessary documentation.\nReconcile time-off balances and generate custom payroll reports on an as-needed basis.\nWorkday system testing for projects or new requirements.\nYou Have:\n1-2 years of experience in large-volume payroll processing.\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nDemonstrated working knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax rules and garnishment compliance.\nStrong organizational skills with a proven track record of meeting strict payroll deadlines.\nExcellent communication and customer service skills to support field and corporate HR partners.\nNice to Have’s:\nExperience using Workday payroll software.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).\nPrevious experience in a multi-location corporate or automotive environment.\n Sound like a match?
