As a Product Designer, you'll be a key player on our product team, tackling complex problems and crafting elegant, user-friendly solutions. This role is about more than just making things look good. You'll drive the end-to-end design process, from initial research and discovery to final pixel-perfect execution. You'll partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals. While we have physical locations, we work remote, giving you the flexibility to do your best work from wherever you are.\nYou Are:\nCollaborative & Self-Directed: You can drive the design process from start to finish for core features or products while actively seeking input and alignment.\nGrowth-Oriented: You actively participate in design critiques, receiving and providing constructive feedback to help elevate the team’s work.\nCommunicative: You can clearly articulate your design decisions, presenting your work and backing up your choices with insights and data. You can speak the language of product, engineering, and business.\nSimplify the Complex: You have a proven track record of breaking down complicated workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences.\nThoughtful: You don't just solve the immediate problem; you consider user feedback and design consistency across the broader system.\nYou Will:\nTake ownership of the user experience for assigned feature areas from concept to launch.\nConduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to inform your designs.\nCreate design artifacts that build consensus-wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.\nCollaborate with engineers to ensure your designs are implemented to a high standard.\nContribute to and utilize our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency.\nChampion a user-centric design culture within the organization.\nWho You Will Work With:\nReporting to the Director of Product Design, this role will collaborate regularly with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure user needs and business goals are met. Partner with cross-functional teams on a daily basis.
