This individual must know, practice, and ensure that company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws are followed at all times. The Title Coordinator is responsible for providing weekly reports to consignors, assisting with title processing, ensuring that titles are processed within our service level agreements.\nYou Are:\nDetail-oriented. You will meticulously process vehicle titles, ensuring accuracy and marketability.\nProactive. You have a self-starting mindset and can work independently with minimal supervision.\nAn excellent communicator. You possess strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.\nYou Will:\nAssists Title Clerks with title processing\nFocus on achieving prompt resolution of title problems with our client and/or buyers\nPrepares weekly reports for our clients showing title status.\nRequest duplicate titles if and when needed according to OPENLANE policy\nAchieve return of title on voided sales in a timely fashion to reduce loss to seller and/or OPENLANE\nOvercoming difficult objections and turning into positive solutions for all parties\nAssist with keeping SOP documentation/training manuals up to date\nScans titles into electronic format\nCreates shipping labels, packages, seals, and sends titles to buyers daily via Federal Express\nEnsures titles are delivered to the correct purchasing dealer and/or buyer\nResponsible for running title reports and assisting with title inquiry emails\nLocation: This role will be onsite at our Carmel, IN office. Working hours are 9am - 6pm EST.\nMust-Have's:\n2+ years of experience in title work required\nExcellent customer service skills, attention to detail, time management and ability to problem solve\nConflict resolution and customer service skills required\nMust type 55 WPM and have strong 10-key typing skills\nNotary public license or ability to obtain a notary public license within 6 months of hire\nNice to Have’s:\nHigh School Diploma or GED required with some college preferred\nBasic knowledge of Google workspace applications\nGeneral automotive knowledge\n Sound like a match?
