In this role, you will elevate internal and external relationships, drive operational excellence and regulatory compliance, and coach a high-performing team. You understand our dealer’s success is built upon the commitment and perseverance of your efforts. \nVision-Driven: you focus on understanding your customers’ future needs and are dedicated to continuous improvement; making it easier for customers to do business while preparing for what’s to come. \nDedicated: you have an unwavering “people-first” commitment to ensure success and provide support to your customers and team. \nYou Will:\nSupervise, mentor, and coach Title Clerks and Specialists; manage daily workload distribution, monitor team KPIs, conduct performance evaluations, and foster continuous skill development.\nDirect end-to-end title operations to ensure strict adherence to AFC policies, Title Quality Check (TQC) standards, and multi-state DMV compliance, conducting regular operational audits to minimize errors.\nServe as the escalation authority for high-risk title defects, complex statutory compliance hurdles, and partner disputes involving branches, auction partners, and key dealer accounts.\nEstablish and uphold multi-channel communication benchmarks; ensure the team maintains prompt resolution times and rigorous documentation standards within Salesforce and proprietary systems.\nOversee the daily mail, courier, scanning, and physical title vault workflows, ensuring robust chain-of-custody controls, security, and prompt turnaround times across all incoming and outgoing documentation.\nPartner with field branch leadership to identify workflow bottlenecks, spearhead process improvements, and coordinate team participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades.\nWhere You Will Work:\n Your work will be performed as an on-site employee at our Carmel, IN headquarters location.\nWho You Will Work With:\n As the Title Supervisor, you will report directly to the Title Manager and collaborate closely with field branch associates, relationship managers, and other corporate departments.
