This includes data entry into company systems, dispatching drivers, arranging for sublet transportation carriers, and customer service.\nYou are:\nOrganized. You are comfortable working in a fast paced environment, and can stay organized when handling multiple tasks.\nDetail-oriented. You will ensure a high degree of accuracy in your tasks, that is in accordance with our customer and company requirements. \nTeam-oriented. You will support the Transportation Manager with the day to day, and are willing to jump in where needed to assist.\nYou will:\nManually or electronically enter data in an accurate and timely manner, including vehicle information, locations, and other documents, into our transportation and inventory management systems.\nAssist with coordinating the movement of vehicles to and from the Vehicle Logistics Centers (VLC), including dispatching loads for correct arrival designation, completing all related paperwork to ensure a smooth transaction.\nRespond to email, phone, and walk-in inquiries, including internal, customer, and subcontractors as required.\nMay assist with posting transportation and related charges to customer accounts.\nServe as a liaison for Lead Drivers when Dispatcher/Supervisor is not available.\nEnsure customer satisfaction by communicating with clients; identifying & resolving issues in a timely manner.\nInvestigate any discrepancies and communicate same to appropriate personnel in a timely manner\nOther duties as assigned.\nMust haves:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent \n1-2 Years’ of related experience or education in office administration / accounting \nTech-savvy, and comfortable using Google Suite \nStrong customer service and communication skills\nExcellent organizational and time management skills\nNice to Haves:\n1-3 years’ experience in logistics or general administration\nExperience with AMS, VTrace, and other OPENLANE systems\nSound like a match?
