We deliver what we promise and learn along the way.\nWe're Looking For:\nWe are seeking a Transportation Supervisor with experience in vehicle transport operations, supply chain management, and supervising a team. You will be part of a Logistics team responsible for facilitating daily activities involved with vehicle transportation operations and ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient movement of units across the network.\nYou will be involved in day-to-day team supervision, overseeing end-to-end vehicle routing, and leading investigations into delivery issues.\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in transportation management systems, carrier partner relationship management, and improving cross-functional processes.\nThe ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the vehicle transport, logistics, or supply chain management industry.\nYou Are:\nAutonomous. You are self-driven, proactive, and capable of making customer-focused, cost-effective decisions.\nDiplomatic. You are able to maintain calm and be diplomatic in dispute resolution situations and serve as the escalation point for transportation disruptions and service failures.\nDetail-oriented. You ensure the quality of operations by maintaining and ensuring the proper use of Standard Operating Procedure documentations and monitoring team metrics/dashboards to meet and exceed KPIs.\nA strong communicator. You use your excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to serve as the escalation point for transportation disruptions and lead timely investigations into client-reported delivery issues.\nCollaborative.
