This high-impact role acts as a vital bridge between client teams and recovery partners, manages queue transactions, performs vendor audits, and drives a positive experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.\nYou Are:\nSolution-Oriented. You maintain patience, assertiveness, and composure in a fast-paced setting while adapting smoothly to new assignments. \nYou Bring:\nCore Knowledge Internal queue systems and transaction management protocols. \nVendor auditing processes and quality assurance standards. Foundational understanding of automotive titles, remarketing, skip tracing, repossessions, collections, or auto auctions. \nFunctional Expertise Dispute resolution, complaint handling, and customer retention methodologies. \nHigh-volume written and verbal communication techniques. \nCross-functional liaison skills between internal client teams and external vendors. \nTechnical Expertise Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Outlook. \nFamiliarity with internal queue systems and transactional software. \nYou Own:\nVendor Operations & Queue ManagementMonitor and process all account transactions within internal queue systems. \nServe as a direct liaison between client teams and recovery vendors to resolve operational inquiries. \n\nQuality Assurance & AuditingPerform audits on recovery vendors to ensure they meet established standards. \nDrive positivity and constructive solutions in vendor interactions. \n\nTeam Operations & AdaptabilityTrain and assist the Vendor Relations Manager in answering operational questions from coordinators. \nAdapt positively to new tasks, assignments, and evolving business needs. \n\nYou Drive:\nExecution: Consistent queue processing, timely completion of vendor audits, and efficient communication across channels. \nResults: Strong recovery vendor relationships, high customer service ratings, and compliant operations across client accounts. \nWho You Will Work With:\nReporting to the Vendor Relations Manager, this role will collaborate with recovery vendors, client teams, operations staff, and peer coordinators on a daily basis.\nWhere You Work:\nYour work is performed as a Remote employee, depending on business needs and location.\nMust Have’s:\nHigh School Diploma or GED. \n1 to 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in complaints, resolutions, or customer retention. \nProficiency with computers and Microsoft products, specifically Excel and Outlook. \nStrong organization, time management, patience, and assertiveness. \nAbility to work overtime as required by management.\nSound like a match?
