In this role, you will bring order to a wide range of People Projects that shape the business and employee experience. You’ll develop strong partnerships with HR leaders, business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into well-executed HR programs, scalable processes, and measurable outcomes.\nYou will support project management for the People workstream of subsidiary integrations, run complex and highest-visibility People projects, and establish and maintain common project-management practices, templates, and governance. This is the first hire into a new function, which means you will help define how it works.\nWhat You'll Do\nEnd to end project management for People Team projects. Scope projects, break them into workstreams, and define who owns what before work starts.\n\nBuild relationships across HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and other teams. Identify who needs to be involved in each project and at what level, and keep them aligned from kickoff through close.\n\nBuild and maintain project artifacts: charters, RACI, timelines, status updates, risk logs, and decision records.\n\nBuild change management plans that optimize for adoption, including review and sign-off cycles, training, enablement, and communications.\n\nDrive decisions, manage risks and dependencies, and keep stakeholders aligned.\n\nPartner on the people side of subsidiary integrations, covering onboarding, offboarding, benefits, recruiting, HR systems, policy alignment, org structure, compensation, and compliance.\n\nCoach People Team members running their own projects and own the tooling that supports them, including day-to-day ownership of Monday workflow design and governance for the People team.\n\nFind steps in our process that AI can speed up or take over, build and test them, and share what works with the rest of the team.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nWho You Are\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a similar field.\n\n5+ years of project or program management experience, including at least 1 year supporting or working within the People function.\n\nExperience scoping projects from scratch, breaking work into parts, sequencing it, and defining ownership before work starts.\n\nHighly collaborative with strong stakeholder management skills, including the instinct to ask who needs to be involved, at what level, and how they are likely to react.\n\nExperience managing difficult stakeholder dynamics and keeping work moving through disagreement.\n\nAble to anticipate risks and dependencies before they become delays.\n\nA proactive self-starter who identifies what needs to happen next and takes it on without waiting for direction.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex work easy to understand for any audience.\n\nComfort with ambiguity and the persistent drive to resolve it.\n\nEffective at resolving or appropriately escalating roadblocks.\n\nExperience with project-management and collaboration platforms; fluency with Monday and Confluence preferred.\n\nDemonstrated success streamlining and automating with technology and AI.\n\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.\n\nOur Benefits\nIn addition, for salaried positions you would also be eligible for:\nMedical, Dental, and Vision plans\n\nFlexible Spending/Health Savings Accounts\n\nFlexible PTO\n\n401(k) + Company Match\n\nLife Insurance, Pet insurance, and more\n\nOur Company\nWe have a relatively flat organizational structure here at OpenLoop.
