Our telehealth support solutions are thoughtfully designed to streamline and simplify go-to-market care delivery for companies offering meaningful virtual support to patients across an expansive array of specialties, in all 50 states.\nAbout the Role\nOpenLoop is looking for a Technical Content Manager to build our technical content function - you'll be the first hire in this function, building it from the ground up. You'll focus on our new and emerging platforms, leading how our clients understand how to leverage our newest technology, and become the voice of the platform.\nWhat You'll Do\nTake our product roadmap and release notes and turn them into client-facing and internal documentation.\n\nCreate client feature release newsletters.\n\nLead the management of client- and platform-related communications, including supporting CS with partner newsletters.\n\nManage our client-facing knowledge base.\n\nManage the process of turning client and internal stakeholder feedback into clear notes for our product team.\n\nBuild and manage the automation and AI that takes us from product release notes to client-facing and internal deliverables.\n\nBe a leader in developing internal AI within our platform growth team to identify where we focus next - spanning customer enablement, CS, sales, and marketing.\n\nBuild internal AI tools that track opportunities for growth in our intake conversion rate optimization programs.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nWho You Are\n3+ years of technical writing or similar business-to-business writing experience.\n\n5+ years of professional experience.\n\nStrong command of AI, with the ability to build workflows that incorporate multiple steps and multiple teams.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication, with an ability to work effectively with multiple teams.\n\nStrong command of technology, with the ability to make complex product and technical concepts easy to understand.\n\nHealthcare experience preferred, but not required.\n\nOur Benefits\nIn addition, for salaried positions you would also be eligible for:\nMedical, Dental, and Vision plans\n\nFlexible Spending/Health Savings Accounts\n\nFlexible PTO\n\n401(k) + Company Match\n\nLife Insurance, Pet insurance, and more\n\nOur Company\nWe have a relatively flat organizational structure here at OpenLoop.
