As a Lead, your impact will make a difference every day, we encourage you to take the initiative and own your role.\nResponsibilities:\nEstablishing and managing the infrastructure, tools, and processes required to support our cloud platform, ensuring reliability, availability and security.\n\nOwning platform and application security, including standards, controls, monitoring, and continuous improvement.\n\nEnhancing, operating and maintaining our Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.\n\nTaking ownership of application deployment across development and production environments, including automation, reliability, security, and ongoing maintenance.\n\nSteering technical decisions, fostering innovation, and maintaining code quality through reviews and engineering standards.\n\nLeading the team by providing guidance, developing team capabilities and ensuring effective task allocation.\n\nDriving secure and responsible AI-assisted engineering
