Our capabilities include IT and technology solutions, document processing and administrative support, marketing and communications, billing and AP/AR services, records and information governance, workflow automation, consulting and hospitality and facilities services. \nOur Mission:\nOur mission isto provide modernizedtechnology platforms, elevatedtechnology support, and valuable insights, empowering our clients to excel in what they do best.\nROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nResponsibilities of this role include, but may not be limited to, the following:\nMonitor and triage security alerts and logs to identify potential security events and escalate issues in accordance with documented procedures.\nReview vulnerability scan results and help coordinate remediation activities with internal teams.\nTroubleshoot, resolve, or escalate Information Security tickets and service requests assigned through the helpdesk process.\nAssist with the administration and maintenance of security tools and controls under the guidance of senior team members.\nSupport security assessments, audits, and evidence-gathering activities, and help track remediation items to completion.\nAssist with the development, review, and maintenance of security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.\nHelp administer the organization’s security awareness training and phishing simulation program.\nCreate and maintain documentation, including operational runbooks, procedures, knowledge articles, and user guidance.\nWork collaboratively with Information Security, IT, and other business teams to support enterprise security objectives.\nPerform other duties as assigned\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:\nDeep understanding of security frameworks, compliance standards, and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).\nExperience with managing SOC operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and client-facing security service delivery.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams, stakeholders, and client environments.\nExperience providing practical security guidance in support of client risk management and control improvement efforts.\nExperience with implementing security controls for cloud and hybrid environments.\nProficiency in evaluating and implementing security technologies.\nDemonstrated ability to lead teams and drive consistent, high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced environment.\nModels the company values of Respect, Accountability, Collaboration, Innovation and Service Orientation.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nExperience:\nBasic understanding of core information security principles and concepts, including access control, vulnerability management, phishing, endpoint protection, and security monitoring.\nFamiliarity with common security technologies such as SIEM, endpoint protection tools, vulnerability scanners, email security tools, or identity and access management solutions is preferred.\nAbility to analyze information, follow established procedures, and escalate issues appropriately.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.\nWillingness to learn new technologies, processes, and security concepts in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to work independently on assigned tasks while contributing effectively as part of a team.\nExperience with Microsoft 365, ticketing systems, or enterprise IT environments is helpful, but not required\nEducation / certifications:\nAssociate’s or bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, but not required.\nCredentials: Demonstrates professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information.Shows curiosity, accountability, and a strong desire to learn and grow within the information security field.Approaches problems methodically and communicates clearly with team members and stakeholders.Maintains a high level of integrity and dependability in day-to-day work.\nOpensity is committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and accessible workplace.
