As a member of the Employee Movement Team (EMT), this role collaborates closely with hiring managers, HR, and technology teams to ensure a seamless and personalized experience for each employee. The Associate proactively anticipates client needs, providing thoughtful solutions and exceptional service with attention to detail.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate onboarding, offboarding, and other employee changes across internal departments.\nPartner with hiring managers to gather employee details, establish timelines, and manage expectations.\nWork closely with HR to obtain any additional information required for processing movement requests.\nCollaborate with IT to request computer hardware and ensure timely delivery, especially for remote employees.\nComplete and submit internal forms via email or Service Now, outlining clear and accurate actions for technology and support teams.\nSupport large-scale projects such as summer internship programs, rotational analyst programs, and global associate onboarding.\nMaintain precise and confidential records of employee information and transitions.\nQualifications and Requirements\nExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; professional phone etiquette.\nHigh level of professionalism with a polished, positive, and customer-focused demeanor.\nDependable, punctual, and accountable with a strong work ethic.\nDemonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent time management, listening, and follow-through skills.\nAbility to take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality work independently and as part of a team.\nDetail-oriented and committed to accuracy.\nThe Compensation range for this role is 25.00 to 29.00 CAD per hour.
