Our capabilities include IT and technology solutions, document processing and administrative support, marketing and communications, billing and AP/AR services, records and information governance, workflow automation, consulting and hospitality and facilities services. \nOur Mission:\nOur mission isto provide modernizedtechnology platforms, elevatedtechnology support, and valuable insights, empowering our clients to excel in what they do best.\nJob Descriptio n\nThe Hospitality Associate will work with client’s Executive Concierges, Space Management Team, and employees to ensure that catering is delivered, and meeting needs are met for high level partner and client meetings.\nSchedule: Monday to Friday - 7:30a.m to 4:30p.m.\nJob Functions\nManage and confirm several large meeting rooms. \nMeet with the clients to confirm logistics and conduct walkthroughs of the space. \nCapture data and report customer interactions. \nCapturing information on IT, Facilities, Meeting Support, and Catering regarding the event. \nIssue SEF’s (special event forms) to the staff detailing meeting and event logistics. \nParticipate in weekly events meetings and provide information to staff about the events coming up. \nReports Runs daily set up worksheet reports Create weekly event sheets Create weekly/monthly rooms usage reports. \nCheck with clients daily before their meeting/event starts to make sure they have everything they need. \nVerify occupancy of rooms and reclaim unused meeting space as appropriate. \nCoordinate catering and meeting requirements on the ground with Executive Assistants and Centralized Space Management Team. \nPosition Requirements/Experience/ Education:\nHigh School Diploma\n2-3 years’ experience working in a service industry such as Hotel and Restaurant, Hospitality and/or Event Planning preferred \nMust have strong technical skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Google docs, audio/visual equipment) \nAble to stand for extended periods of time \nWorks well in a fast-paced environment \nGood listening and professional demeanor \nMust be able to navigate clients of every professional level. \nMaintain an elevated level of professional appearance and demeanor \nAbility to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater\nAbility to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.\nAbility to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time\nCompetencies:\nClient first mentality \nDemonstrates accuracy and attention to detail \nDetail oriented with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced high energy environment where priorities are constantly changing \nSolid decision-making skills within the scope of the position \nAbility to meet deadlines and work under pressure \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary. \nActively listen and identify both spoken and unspoken needs \nAbility to use technology \nPrioritizing, flexibility, adaptability \nThe Compensation range for this role is 22.00 to 24.60 USD per hour.
