This role is hands-on and requires professionalism, dependability, strong customer service skills, and a \"no job too big or small\" attitude.\nThe ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and team-focused, with a can-do attitude and the ability to support both technology and logistical needs. While technical troubleshooting is part of the role, the emphasis is on ensuring smooth office operations and delivering reliable, client-focused service.\nResponsibilities and Essential Functions\nProvide office support, including deskside assistance, conference room technology setup, and general IT services, with a positive, can-do approach.\nAssist with office moves, including disconnecting, reconnecting, and setting up equipment in new locations.\nManage and maintain hardware inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and timely distribution.\nMonitor, maintain, and update the support ticket queue to ensure timely resolution of all requests.\nPerform routine hardware checks on printers, copiers, and other equipment.\nAssist with troubleshooting and resolving issues on desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and peripherals.\nSupport hardware deployments, software installations, and equipment swaps.\nRespond to end user requests via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.\nCommunicate effectively with client staff and team members regarding timelines, updates, and challenges.\nRequired Characteristics and Credentials\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nMinimum of 1 year of professional experience (client-facing support preferred).\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and customer service skills.\nAbility to work independently while maintaining a collaborative, team-player mindset.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).\nAbility to lift 40 lbs or more and move equipment on carts up to 100 lbs.\nComfortable with physical activity including walking, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.\nThe Compensation range for this role is 25.00 to 28.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
