This role oversees office services, mail, print, hospitality, and reception while ensuring efficient operations, a high-performing team, and a professional corporate environment.\nHours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as the primary day-to-day client liaison, managing requests, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.\nOversee daily office services, including mail, shipping, print and copy services, conference room setups, hospitality, and reception.\nMonitor service quality, SLAs, and KPIs to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.\nMaintain operational procedures, site documentation, and a polished workplace environment.\nSupervise, coach, and develop onsite staff while overseeing scheduling, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.\nPartner with the Client Relations Director and Human Resources to address operational challenges, improve processes, and support business objectives.\nQualifications\n3-5 years of experience leading teams in office services, workplace operations, hospitality, or a client-service environment.\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nStrong leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.\nExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM, workforce management, or service delivery systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar) preferred \nA proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and service delivery.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment while maintaining high service standards and team accountability.\nThe Compensation range for this role is 28.00 to 32.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
