At Opensity, we provide integrated operational platforms, automation and advisory services that enable clients to modernize operating models, reduce cost and accelerate growth. Our capabilities include IT and technology solutions, document processing and administrative support, marketing and communications, billing and AP/AR services, records and information governance, workflow automation, consulting and hospitality and facilities services. \nOur Mission:\nOur mission isto provide modernizedtechnology platforms, elevatedtechnology support, and valuable insights, empowering our clients to excel in what they do best.\nOpensity Solutions delivers technology projects for professional services and enterprise clients. Our Project Managers own those projects - scope, commitments, budget, and the client relationship - and they are at their best when they are spending their time there, rather than rebuilding a resource schedule or chasing a missing time entry. The PMO Delivery Operations Coordinator takes that resource coordination load off them.\nYou will own the resource assignment and scheduling process across the projects you support: building and maintaining schedules against planned effort, processing modifications and confirming their downstream impact, monitoring availability and over-allocation across both project and support demand, and improving how scheduling works over time.\nYou will assist the PMO Director in monitoring time entry compliance in ServiceNow - reviewing entries and narratives for accuracy and routing corrections through the Project Manager and the engineer's resource manager, who are responsible for their team's accuracy.\nAnd you will assist Project Managers with project plans, WBS structures, task records, RIDAC logs, change order documentation, recurring reporting, and meeting materials, working at their direction and with their approval.\nWe are looking for someone with 1-3 years in project coordination, project support, PMO analyst, scheduling, or project administration on technology projects, with hands-on exposure to a PPM platform - ServiceNow strongly preferred.\nExperience with resource scheduling or assignment is the closest match to the core of this role, and experience reviewing timekeeping or billing data for accuracy is a significant advantage. Success here takes exceptional attention to detail, the willingness to hold peers to a standard, and sound judgment about which calls are yours and which belong to the Project Manager.\nOpensity is committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and accessible workplace. We believe diverse perspectives strengthen our teams and the work we do for our clients.\nOpensity provides equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees and does not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion or creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, national or ethnic origin, ancestry, citizenship, disability, family status, marital status, source of income, record of offences, or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal or provincial human rights legislation.\nWe are committed to fair and barrier free recruitment, selection, and employment practices, and to providing reasonable accommodation throughout the hiring process and employment lifecycle, in accordance with applicable human rights legislation.\nCandidates who require accommodation during any stage of the recruitment process are encouraged to advise our Talent team so appropriate support can be provided.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3701,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"India","iso":"IN","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Managed IT Services (MSP)","Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-26T05:48:34Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":85,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.854,"p_room":1,"age_days":3,"expected_fill_days":21,"reasons":["conf:0","win:early","comp:brand"],"computed_at":"2026-10-26T05:57:25Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/opensity-solutions-pmo-delivery-operations-coordinator","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/opensity-solutions-pmo-delivery-operations-coordinator.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-27T04:41:48Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":4268,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-28T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":2617390},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=2617390"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fopensity-solutions-pmo-delivery-operations-coordinator"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fopensity-solutions-pmo-delivery-operations-coordinator"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fopensity-solutions-pmo-delivery-operations-coordinator"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/opensity-solutions-pmo-delivery-operations-coordinator\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fopensity-solutions-pmo-delivery-operations-coordinator"}]}
