The position is accountable for the creation of pricing scenarios that account for all operations expenses, hardware, software, licensing, labor, and miscellaneous expense items required to provide service solutions for our clients.\nAdditionally, the analyst will ensure Opensity standard pricing rules are followed and validated to ensure budget, security, and audit compliance.\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities\nDevelop service level pricing scenarios that encompass complex labor, technology and equipment configurations \nCommunicate pricing strategies and define cost distributions to Sales, Solutions and Sr. Management \nMonitor and complete all pricing, addendum and operations / sales requested project support \nTrack individual weekly productivity and ensure deadline compliance \nAccountable for validating historical pricing, equipment, and addendum documentation \nAccountable for validating current equipment, license and labor costs \nAccountable for updates and version control with all pricing and addendum /change order contracting workflows \nAnalysts will adhere to and measure individual job performance against individual and corporate goals \nComply with all Opensity ethical and procedural policies \nWork within standard Service Level Guidelines to ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects \nQualifications:\nAssociate degree, Accounting Certification or equivalent service pricing experience preferred \n3+ years’ supporting Outsourcing and technical services with Solutions pricing experience \nFamiliarity with legal terminology and law firm environments \nFamiliarity with Corporate structured environments \nAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel, required \nPreferred experience with HubSpot, SpotDraft, ServiceNow and Sage \nExcellent spelling, grammar, punctuation, and exceptional communication skills \nAbility to organize and prioritize multiple assignments \nAbility to perform under pressure within established timeframe and provide a quality work product \nPractice strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork and customer service skills \nAbility to problem solve and provide consultative information around options towards pricing \nInteract effectively and professionally with all levels of management, staff and a variety of external entities including clients, vendors and prospective clients of Opensity \nProlonged sitting and computer use are required \nMust adhere to all Opensity Employee Handbook Guidelines \nOpensity is committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and accessible workplace.
