The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex networks, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security. This role involves providing technical leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving initiatives to optimize network architecture.\nResponsibilities:\nLead the design, implementation, and management of robust and scalable network infrastructure.\n\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior network engineers.\n\nConfigure and manage firewalls using Fortinet technologies to ensure the highest level of security.\n\nDesign and implement complex routing and switching solutions using Cisco switches.\n\nDesign, implement and manage a global Meraki wireless environment.\n\nActs as the liaison and subject matter expert between the architecture, security, and engineering teams to integrate technical solutions to existing multifaceted, complex, customer-facing production environments.\n\nResponsible for change management procedures and detailed ownership, planning, and execution of highly complex, secure, high risk, multifaceted changes.\n\nProvide technical guidance and leadership to project teams and individuals as appropriate.\n\nActs as one of the top-level escalation points for all networks and related technical designs.\n\nRespond, analyze, and follow up on outstanding network issues at all levels; ensure timely problem resolution.\n\nStrive to improve communications and teamwork across organizations.\n\nOther key functions include carrier management, incident management, problem management, capacity management, service acceptance, event management, performance management, and standards compliance, with a focus on service restoration, sustainability, and proactive service improvement.\n\nAdditional duties as assigned.\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related experience.\n\nActive professional-level networking certification:\nMicrosoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate\n\nFortinet NSE7 Certified: Secure Networking\n\nCisco Certified Network Professional(CCNP):Enterprise\n\n10+ years’ experience in a large multi-platform environment or equivalent technical experience.\n\n Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Terraform for Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).\n Azure Networking Services: In-depth knowledge of VNet, VPN, ExpressRoute, Azure Firewall, DNS, and Private Link.\nProven experience with Fortinet Secure SD-WAN and Secure Access Service Edge(SASE).\n\nKnowledge of networking protocols, security, and infrastructure.\n\nExcellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.\n\nStrong analyticaltrouble shooting skills with extensive work experience; experience in providing situational analysis for networkingtelecommunications.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication.\n\nExcellent customer orientation, support, and interfacing experience with the ability to persuade, convince, or influence others to take appropriate action.\n\nAbility to lead and impact others at all levels of the organization.\n\nProven success in dealing with concurrent problems and issues effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.\n\nAdvanced understanding of business strategy as it relates to network environments.\n\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with virtualization technologies.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud networking solutions.\n\nKnowledge of Software-Defined Networking (SDN) concepts.\n\nScripting or automation skills for network-related tasks.\n\nThe Compensation range for this role is 135,000 to 175,000 USD per year and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
