In this pivotal role you will provide various administrative support which may include copy, print, mail, hospitality, facilities and receptionist services. If you thrive in a professional business environment and seek to join an organization with true career growth opportunities, we invite you to apply to join our dynamic team.\nSchedule & Hours:\nThis position will be scheduled for 38 hours per week.\nTuesday - Friday 8:00a.m to 5:00p.m\nSaturday - 8:00a.m to 2:30p.m\nEssential Job Responsibilities\nHospitality Services\nDeliver an elevated guest experience by greeting visitors, responding to requests promptly, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. \nPrepare and set up meeting rooms according to event specifications, including furniture arrangements, audiovisual equipment, and catering support. \nCoordinate and provide food and beverage services for meetings, including breakfasts, lunches, refreshments, and catered events.\nConduct regular inspections of conference rooms, office spaces, pantry areas, and kitchens to ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of supplies. \nMaintain visiting offices and temporary workspaces by ensuring they are cleaned, organized, and fully prepared for daily use. \nSupport operational service requests, including supply deliveries, event support, equipment setup, and other hospitality-related tasks. \nUtilize room reservation systems, scheduling tools, and office software to manage hospitality operations efficiently. \nProvide support for occasional after-hours events, including setup, coordination, service, and breakdown activities. \nFloor Coordination includes the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenance\nFacilities Services may include hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning services and communication with key client contacts regarding building/equipment concerns.\nQualifications & Requirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED \n1+ work experience in a customer services field \nAbility to multitask with attention to detail \nAbility to resolve issues with professionalism and tact \nAbility to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater \nAbility to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs \nAbility to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time \nThe Compensation range for this role is up to 16.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
