This hands-on leadership role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations while leading a high-performing team of seven full-time professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and workplace support.\nEssential Job Responsibilities\nLead and develop the Office Services team, fostering a culture of hospitality, accountability, and service excellence.\nServe as a working manager by actively supporting daily operations alongside the team.\nOversee reception, visitor management, conference room readiness, and client-facing services to ensure a seamless, high-touch experience.\nManage print, mail, courier, shipping, and document services while maintaining efficiency and quality standards.\nElevate workplace hospitality by implementing best practices that enhance the employee and client experience.\nPartner with firm leadership and business units to anticipate service needs and deliver proactive solutions.\nMaintain service level standards and continuously identify opportunities for process improvement.\nCoordinate vendor relationships, supplies, and operational resources to support business needs.\nEnsure the office environment reflects the firm's professional standards through attention to detail and exceptional customer service.\nCoach, mentor, and train team members while promoting a collaborative and customer-focused culture.\nQualifications & Requirements\nHigh School Diploma; associates or bachelors degree preferred but not required \nPrevious supervisory experience in a client service-oriented field, preferably in a professional organization providing office services or administrative support \nDetail oriented with good attention to detail \nGood verbal and written communication skills \nStrong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision \nAbility to lead others in a professional manner \nWorking knowledge of Microsoft products including MS Word, Excel and Outlook\nAbility to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater \nAbility to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs. \nAbility to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time \nThe Compensation range for this role is 80,000 to 90,000 USD per year.
