In this role, you will provide administrative support to our operations team and client, which may include duties such as document production, mailroom, hospitality, facilities and receptionist services. If you thrive in a professional business environment and seek to join an organization with true career growth opportunities, we invite you to apply to join our dynamic team!\nEssential Job Responsibilities\nServes as a liaison between the employees and the client\nSupervises and delegates to the team to ensure productivity goals are met and excellent client service is provided\nContinuously looks for opportunities to increase the efficiency of operations\nSeeks opportunities to increase services and makes recommendations to both the Site Manager and key client contacts\nDemonstrates proficiency in explaining all products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules and guarantees to the client\nAssists with the interview process for available positions at the site\nHelps train, supervise, evaluate, and develop all personnel assigned to the site\nSchedules personnel to ensure compliance with performance standards and makes sure contracted hours of operation are covered without incurring overtime in the absence of the Site Manager\nAssists Site Manager with tracking productivity and the collecting of information necessary to provide leadership and the client with a detailed monthly report\nEnsures that completed client work is billed out and tracked in a timely manner\nAdditional duties as required\nQualifications & Requirements\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred\nPrevious supervisor experience in either a law firm or office services setting is highly preferred. Candidates with experience in other professional organizations with the required skills will be considered\nHighly detail orientated\nProven track record of strong verbal and written communication skills\nStrong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision\nAbility to lead others in a professional manner\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft products including MS Word, Excel and Outlook\nAbility to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater\nAbility to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.\nAbility to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period\nThe Compensation range for this role is 23.00 to 27.00 USD per hour.
