This role provides a range of administrative and operational support services, including copy, print, mail, hospitality, facilities, and receptionist functions. The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising on-site employees, including assigning work, recruiting, training, and supporting the ongoing development of staff.\nThis role plays a key part in maintaining service excellence, operational efficiency, and a strong client-facing service culture.\nThis is an onsite position is located in White Plains, NY.\nCategories - Essential Job Functions\nClient Relationship & Site Liaison\nServe as the primary liaison between on-site employees and the client \nMaintain strong working relationships with client contacts to ensure service expectations are met \nCommunicate service standards, capabilities, and delivery expectations to the client as needed Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency \nTeam Supervision & Workforce Management\nSupervise, assign, and delegate daily tasks to ensure productivity goals are met \nRecruit and participate in interviewing candidates for site-level positions \nTrain, coach, and support employees to ensure consistent service performance \nSchedule staff to ensure coverage of operating hours while minimizing overtime\nSupport employee development and foster a professional service environment \nOperational Service Delivery\nOversee delivery of all site services including mail, copy, print, scan, reception, hospitality, and facilities support \nEnsure timely and accurate completion of service requests per client expectations \nMaintain organization and readiness of office areas including copy rooms, kitchens, conference rooms, and common areas \nSupport handling and distribution of mail, packages, and courier items \nAssist with basic facilities coordination such as office moves, equipment support, and workspace organization \nReporting & Operational Support\nAssist management with tracking productivity and operational performance \nCollect and organize data for monthly reporting to leadership and clients \nSupport monitoring of workflow efficiency and service quality standards \nIdentify and escalate operational issues as needed \nContinuous Improvement\nContinuously look for opportunities to improve operational efficiency \nRecommend service enhancements to management and client contacts \nSupport implementation of process improvements and best practices \nPosition Requirements / Experience / Education:\nHigh School Diploma required \nPrevious supervisory experience in a client service, office services, hospitality, or facilities environment preferred \nStrong leadership and team management skills \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nStrong attention to detail and organizational abilities \nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision \nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) \nAbility to lift or move up to 40 lbs \nAbility to handle packages using carts with up to 75 lbs capacity \nAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, or sit for extended periods of time \nThe Compensation range for this role is 23.00 to 26.00 USD per hour.
