Responsibilities\nCoordinate and maintain the master project tracking list based on school assignments and deployment schedules.\nArrange and coordinate site surveys with schools, hardware vendors, locations.\nLiaise with schools and technical teams to schedule and reschedule server deployment activities.\nManage deployment schedule changes for schools unable to meet planned timelines.\nCoordinate project timeline extensions where schools are unable to complete deployment within the original schedule.\nUpdate the project master tracking list daily to reflect completed activities and deployment progress.\nPrepare and send project communications, deployment updates, and notifications to schools, MOE, vendors, and relevant stakeholders.\nTrack project milestones, outstanding activities, and follow-up actions.\nMaintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and progress reports.\nSupport the Project Manager in day-to-day project coordination and administrative activities.\nPerform other project coordination duties assigned by the Project Manager.\nRequirements\nDiploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.\nPreferably \n1–3 years of experience\n in project coordination, particularly within IT infrastructure, hardware deployment, or technology refresh projects.\nExperience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, vendors, technical teams, and end users.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.\nStrong Excel skills for maintaining master trackers, updating deployment schedules, and preparing progress reports.\nGood organisational, time-management, and multitasking skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple school deployment schedules and follow up on pending activities.\nDetail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.\nAdded Advantages\nPrevious experience supporting MOE, government agencies, or school-based IT projects.\nExperience in server refresh, hardware rollout, IT infrastructure deployment, or technology migration
