Hospitality is all about taking care of others, and it defines our culture.\nAbout The Job\nOpenTable is looking for an Associate Manager, Accounting to own a highly technical portfolio spanning partnership revenue, loyalty, and leases, along with other technical areas such as bad debt, prepaids, and accruals, and the close-related operations that support them. The role sits at the intersection of technical accounting, revenue recognition, contract interpretation, and cross-functional business partnership.\nThis is an Associate Manager-level individual contributor role with significant ownership and influence: you'll lead complex workstreams, coach teammates, streamline processes, and work cross-functionally to support business partners. It's built for someone with strong judgment and technical depth who can navigate the organization independently, lead day-to-day execution, communicate plan and progress clearly, and improve how the work gets done. This role reports to the Manager, Accounting. This role aligns with that approach, with an expectation of coming into the office two days a week-giving employees the best of both worlds: in-person collaboration and flexibility.\nThe expected range of compensation for this position based in Toronto, Canada, including commission and/or bonuses, is $130,000 - $138,000 CAD.
