Hospitality is all about taking care of others, and it defines our culture.\nAbout the job\nThe Benefits Analyst turns our total rewards strategy into impactful, easy-to-use programs that support employees across their work and life journeys. In this role, you will own the day-to-day administration, continuous improvement, and compliance of our health, retirement, leave, and wellbeing offerings. By bridging strategic planning with hands-on operational excellence, you will ensure seamless plan delivery, accurate system configuration, and clear employee communications. You will also partner closely with cross-functional teams to provide empathetic support and drive innovative, data-backed program enhancements.\nResponsibilities\nLead end-to-end planning and execution for annual renewals, open enrollment, and plan design updates while managing relationships with brokers and insurance carriers to ensure service quality and cost-efficiency.\nAnalyze benefit utilization, cost trends, and market benchmarking data to propose innovative program enhancements aligned with our global philosophy.\nExecute and maintain strict regulatory compliance and governance for all benefit plans, including funding compliance, non-discrimination testing, and required annual notices.\nSupport policy definition, workflow enhancement, legal notices, and administration for leave of absence programs across EMEA.\nPartner with benefit vendors and maintain accurate, up-to-date records on various benefits platforms, configuring systems and managing benefits data where applicable\nManage high-tier benefits inquiries via internal ticketing systems and educate cross-functional teams on ongoing plan administration, open enrollment changes, and policy updates.\nOwn the tracking and administration of benefits vendor invoices and records, collaborating with Accounts Payable to support accurate processing and timely payment. \nMinimum Qualifications\n3+ years of progressive EMEA benefits experience, with proven experience leading plan administration, annual renewals, and open enrollment end-to-end.\nDeep knowledge of EMEA benefits compliance and governance protocols.\nHands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems, demonstrating proficiency in benefits configuration, open enrollment setups, and integration troubleshooting.\nProven track record of setting and administering leave of absence policies and holding brokers, providers, and technology vendors accountable to service levels.\nStrong communication and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex benefit data into clear executive recommendations and employee-friendly guidance.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting benefits in a fast-paced technology, marketplace, or matrixed global company.\nKnowledge of global statutory and supplemental benefits.\nFrench and / or German language skills.\nExperience maintaining ticketing systems and internal knowledge bases.\nRelevant industry credentials such as Certified Employee Benefit Specialist, Certified Benefits Professional, or equivalent human resources certifications.\nReporting and Collaboration \nReports to Sr. Director, HR Operations\nCollaborates with regional HRBP, HR Ops, Leadership\nBenefits and Perks\n5 weeks paid vacation\nPrivate health & dental insurance\nWork from (almost) anywhere for up to 20 days per year\nFocus on mental health and well-being:\nCompany-paid therapy sessions through SpringHealth\nCompany-paid subscription to Headspace\nAnnual company-wide week off a year - the whole team fully recharges (and returns without a pile-up of work!)\nPaid parental leave\nTime off for your birthday\nPaid volunteer time\nFocus on your career growth:\nDevelopment Dollars\nLeadership development\nAccess to thousands of on-demand e-learnings\nTravel Discounts\nEmployee Resource Groups\nIncome protection and life assurance\nEmployee Assistance Program - including 24/7 GP & free legal advice\nPension plan contributions\nDiscounted gym membership\nBike2Work\nSeason ticket loan\nSocial events & Thursday happy hours\nFree lunch 2 days per week\nThe best connections happen face-to-face, whether you’re sitting down to dinner or having coffee with a coworker.
