Hospitality is all about taking care of others, and it defines our culture.\nAbout the Job\nOur Diner Growth - AdTech team owns the systems that carry conversion and revenue signals from OpenTable’s diner experiences to marketing partners. We work closely with our marketing partners to enable a wide range of Marketing technology, from attribution, email, CRM and analytics. We’re a distributed team, and this hybrid role is based in Kaunas, Lithuania, with two days in the office each week.\nWe’re improving how campaign, consent, booking, and revenue data move from the diner journey through web applications, backend services, and data pipelines. We partner closely with product, commercial, marketing, and engineering teams to make those signals accurate, timely, and privacy-aware.\nAs a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll help evolve our consumer web tracking and conversion event service, build new partner integrations, and work in related reservation systems when needed to close data gaps and improve reliability and scale.\nResponsibilities\nBuild consent-aware tracking across web booking journeys, preserving campaign identifiers and conversion data from entry points through reservation confirmation.\nExtend the conversion event service to process booking events and deliver reliable, partner-specific conversion and revenue signals.\nBuild or improve integrations with external partners as priorities evolve, such as Sojern, Amadeus, Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and Reddit.\nTrace and improve data flows across frontend systems, backend services, and data pipelines to ensure attribution, reservation status, and revenue remain accurate throughout partner delivery.\nWork in related services, including reservation systems, when changes are needed to close data gaps for measurement.\nPartner with product, commercial, marketing, and engineering teams to define measurement needs, test end-to-end behaviour, and monitor data quality and delivery in production.\nMinimum Qualifications\nAt least five years of full-stack software engineering experience.\nAbility to develop and maintain backend services written in Java and TypeScript.\nExperience building user-facing applications with React.\nWorking knowledge of GraphQL microservices.\nExperience integrating external services through their APIs and SDKs.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with paid media measurement, conversion tracking, or marketing attribution.\nExperience with event-driven services and data pipelines.\nFamiliarity with privacy-aware tracking and consent signals.\nExperience ensuring data quality or debugging reliability issues across multiple services.\nBenefits and Perks\nGenerous paid vacation + time off for your birthday:\n20 days of paid vacation\nEnhanced paid parental leave\nHealth and life insurance coverage through Compensa\nWork from (almost) anywhere for up to 20 days per year\nFocus on mental health and well-being:\nCompany-paid therapy sessions through SpringHealth\nCompany-paid subscription to Headspace\nAnnual company-wide week off a year - the whole team fully recharges (and returns without a pile-up of work!)\nFocus on your career growth:\nDevelopment Dollars\nLeadership development\nAccess to thousands of on-demand e-learnings\nTravel Discounts\nEmployee Resource Groups\nThere are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The salary range for this Kaunas located role is €50,000-52,500.\nIn addition to a competitive base salary, this role is eligible for equity and an annual performance bonus in accordance with local law and company policy.\nWork Environment & Flexibility\nAt OpenTable, we pride ourselves on fostering a global and dynamic work environment.
