We do this to help great organizations reach ambitious goals and fulfill their purpose with equally great teams.\nWe are currently looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Golang Developer to join our dynamic iGaming platform team.\nRequirements\nYou will:\n\nDesign and build scalable, low-latency distributed services for mission-critical business logic.\n\nCollaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and R&D leads to define technical solutions aligned with business goals.\n\nTake ownership of end-to-end software delivery: from technical design to deployment and monitoring in production.\n\nLead and participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.\n\nDrive improvements in code quality, architecture, and system performance.\n\nEnsure observability and operational readiness from day one: metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting are second nature.\n\nIntroduce modern tools, patterns, and practices to improve developer productivity and system reliability.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n5+ years of backend development experience, including 2+ years working with Golang in production.\n\nExperience designing and building high-throughput, real-time backend systems.\n\nSolid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, with hands-on experience in modeling and performance tuning.\n\nStrong understanding of event-driven architecture and experience with messaging systems like Kafka, NATS, or similar.\n\nDeep hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps tooling (CI/CD, IaC).\n\nProficient in writing tests (unit, integration, functional) and ensuring system resilience through automation.\n\nSound knowledge of software architecture principles: DDD, Clean Architecture, hexagonal architecture.\n\nExperience with API lifecycle management, including versioning, deprecation, and graceful degradation.\n\nFamiliarity with observability tooling such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and distributed tracing systems.\n\nFluent with Git (Gitflow), Agile methodologies, and collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence.\n\nAI mindset and adaptability: comfortable leveraging AI tools in the software development lifecycle to accelerate development, explore solutions, improve code quality, and automate repetitive tasks, while critically evaluating and validating AI-generated output.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience working in regulated, high-availability environments.\n\nBackground in iGaming, particularly with systems related to bonusing, loyalty programs, or payments.\n\nInvolvement in performance optimization, architectural refactoring, or tech leadership initiatives.\n\nContributions to open-source projects or internal engineering tooling.\n\nWhat do We offer?\nAn inspiring workspace with awesome teammates and a great vibe\n\nLearning opportunities with a dedicated training budget to level up your skills\n\n25 vacation days + an extra day off to celebrate your birthday\n\nPremium health insurance for your peace of mind\n\nBirthday vouchers and little surprises along the way\n\nFree snacks, team lunches, and great coffee (because fuel matters )\n\nSports card, transportation, and food allowance\n\nQuarterly team events that bring everyone together\n\nExcited to join us?
