Join us.\nYour Impact:\nWe’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer centric team player that thrives on providing the best possible experience for our clients.You are the Project/Delivery Manager and manage delivery of the projects , manage customer , run weekly status calls, monthly SLA reporting, business reviews, issue tracking, reporting and cross functional communication with other OT development teams and Onshore Stakeholders.\nWhat the role offers: \nLead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-track customer projects (cloud, SaaS, or transformation programs).\nDevelop detailed project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and monitor progress.\nDrive delivery excellence through governance, risk management, and quality assurance.\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.\nAct as the primary customer interface for all project activities.\nConduct regular status meetings, steering committees, and executive updates.\nTranslate customer requirements into actionable project deliverables.\nManage customer expectations and resolve escalations proactively.\nManage project financials, including revenue recognition, forecasting, and margin tracking.\nEnsure compliance with contractual obligations (SLAs, SOWs, and change orders).\nDrive scope management and control project change requests effectively.\nCollaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.\nMaintain detailed project documentation and dashboards for leadership and customer visibility.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes.\nWhat you need to Succeed :\n5-9 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in IT services, cloud, or enterprise software delivery.\nProven track record managing customer-facing projects with global enterprise clients.\nStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).\nExcellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.\nUnderstanding of contracts, SLAs, and financial tracking.\nFamiliarity with cloud technologies, SaaS platforms, or digital transformation projects is a plus.\nPMP / PRINCE2 / CSM certification preferred.\nEDI knowledge and B2B integration Solution Knowledge\nEducation: BE/B.Tech /ME/ M.Tech/MCA\nOpenText's efforts to build an inclusive work environment go beyond simply complying with applicable laws.
