You will contribute to building the next generation of sovereign AI for Europe, supporting the development of our EMEA Centre of Excellence for Agentic AI and Sovereign Cloud. Working alongside experienced developers on multi-agent AI orchestration in regulated environments, you’ll gain exposure to how enterprise AI is built and operated on a scale.\nYou’ll work across the AI stack - spanning platform, orchestration, and application layer, rather than operating within a silo, gaining hands-on experience contributing to enterprise-scale outcomes.\nCrucially, this is not just about applying AI - it’s about learning how it is created. You will support the development of foundational intellectual property in agentic AI, data sovereignty, and cybersecurity, contributing to the technology and development standards that will power OpenText’s future.\nYou’re great at:\nImplementing features, scripts, and integrations within AI applications.\n\nWriting unit and integration tests.\n\nSupporting debugging and issue resolution.\n\nMaintaining clear and comprehensive technical documentation.\n\nCollaborating with senior developers and cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions.\n\nContinuously learning and applying AI development practices, tools, and frameworks.\n\nWhat you need to succeed:\nBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline\n\nMinimum 3 years of experience in Software Development, DevOps, SRE or Cloud Engineering.\n\nMinimum 1 year of experience in AI agent development, including exposure to multi-agent architectures and orchestration patterns.\n\nStrong coding fundamentals.\n\nExperience developing software using Python or similar programming languages.\n\nFamiliarity with Git, CI/CD and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.\n\nFamiliarity with AI application frameworks, LLM APIs and prompt engineering concepts.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).\n\nStrong problem-solving skills.\n\nStrong collaboration skills with a willingness to learn from experienced developers.\n\nOne Last Thing:\nOpenText is more than just a corporation; it's a global community where trust is foundational, the bar is raised, and outcomes are owned.
