You’ll define investment strategies, deliver cloud-native solutions, and champion client-centric development across our Business Network portfolio.\nWhat the role offers:\nAs Lead Product Manager, you will:\nOwn product strategy and Go To Market execution for one or more product lines, from ideation to delivery. \nAnalyze market dynamics, client feedback, and usage data to inform decisions. \nDrive roadmap development in quarterly agile cadence with product charters, requirements and epics which align with client needs, market trends, and business goals. \nCollaborate with cross-functional development, UX, product marketing, and field teams to deliver impactful solutions. \nEvangelize your products internally and externally, articulating value and vision to stakeholders and clients. \nWhat you need to Succeed:\nPossess 8-12 years of professional experience in product management, ideally in enterprise software, cloud platforms, or B2B ecosystems. \nStrong skills in market analysis, competitive research, and client discovery. \nProven ability to prioritize and make trade-offs across competing demands. \nExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern product development tools. \nExperience owning a product roadmap and owning product outcomes.\nSolid understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., Private/Public Clouds, AWS, Azure, etc.) and data-driven decision-making. \nFamiliarity with UX/UI principles and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. \nFamiliarity with AI tools (Copilot, Claude) and experience vibe coding/wireframing product demos.\nOne last thing:\nAt OpenText, we don’t just build software - we build solutions that matter.
