Join us.\nOpenText is seeking a Lead Product Manager to shape the strategy, roadmap, and market success of integrated capabilities across Experience Cloud. This role will support cross-product initiatives spanning communications, messaging, digital experience, analytics, and AI-enabled client engagement. The successful candidate will combine client insight, commercial judgment, technical acumen, and cross-functional leadership to translate market opportunities into differentiated enterprise SaaS solutions and measurable business outcomes.\nYour Impact:\nYou will contribute to the development of product vision and strategy, drive product and feature requirements, and manage development and delivery of new SaaS applications. You will build alignment across Product Management, Development, Cloud Operations, UX, Marketing, Sales, Services, Support, and executive stakeholders to ensure that every aspect of solutions is built and launched to meet client needs. You will also be responsible for supporting the demo environment including building out impactful use case demos of our products.\nWhat the Role Offers:\nIdentify opportunities to drive growth of DX solutions, solving for integrated Experience Cloud capabilities spanning communications, messaging, digital experience, analytics, and AI-enabled client engagement.\nDetermine client needs and use cases and translate into product roadmaps and requirements.\nConduct market and competitive research to ensure solutions drive client growth.\nDefine product success metrics and use client, market, usage, and financial data to evaluate performance and guide roadmap investment decisions\nPartner and collaborate with other product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.\nManage development and delivery of products and solutions from definition to launch.\nWork closely with development to ensure solutions meet client expectations.\nEnable and support marketing, sales, services, and other teams to ensure market growth.\n What You Need to Succeed:\n8+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise software and cloud applications.\nExperience digital experience, analytics, and experience management solutions is strongly preferred.\nProven success as a product manager driving product definition and requirements for SaaS applications.\nExperience working with development teams on solution architecture, APIs, and integrations.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.\nProven ability to work in a global, matrixed environment with cross-functional stakeholders (Development, GTM, Professional Services, Support).\nComfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments; strong execution discipline and attention to detail.\nAI-First Mindset: Familiarity with GenAI, predictive AI, and agentic AI concepts.\nMarket Analysis: Strong skills in competitive research, client discovery, and market segmentation.\nTechnical Acumen: Solid understanding of cloud technologies, business process orchestration, and data management.\nExecution Excellence: Experience with roadmap planning/prioritization, Agile/Scrum, and aligned cross-functional collaboration.\nClient-Centricity: Passion for solving real-world problems through empathetic design and impactful product experiences.\nOne Last Thing:\nOpenText is more than a corporation-it’s a global community built on trust, character, and purpose.
