Join us.\nJob Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Solution Consultant (Presales Engineer) with expertise in the ITOM(ITSM) field to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving the sales process by providing technical expertise, delivering compelling presentations, and demonstrating the value of our security solutions to potential clients.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions using our ITSM products.\nConduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions to showcase the capabilities and benefits of OpenText ITSM products.\nProvide technical guidance and support to customers throughout the sales cycle, addressing any technical concerns or questions.\nDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of ITSM, including their features, functionalities, and integration capabilities.\nAssist in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and other sales-related documents.\nStay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the ITSM space.\nParticipate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote our solutions and engage with potential customers.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nProven experience in a presales or technical consulting role, preferably within the DevSecOps industry.\nStrong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM.\nExcellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.\nFluency in Japanese; proficiency in English is a plus.\nPreferred Skills:\nRelevant certifications related to ITIL.\nWorking knowledge of UCMDB, including configuration management, service dependency mapping, impact analysis, and integration with ITSM/ITOM processes.\nWorking knowledge of Observability solutions, including infrastructure and application monitoring, event correlation, root cause analysis, and service health visibility.\nPossesses comprehensive knowledge of AWS and is capable of sharing information with customers regarding systems running on AWS.\nBenefits:\nCompetitive salary and performance-based bonuses.\nComprehensive health and wellness benefits.\nOpportunities for professional development and career advancement.\nA collaborative and inclusive work environment.\nOpenText's efforts to build an inclusive work environment go beyond simply complying with applicable laws.
