This position has the responsibility for administration, support, design, and planning, of the organization’s global production infrastructure. This 3rd level support position has the responsibility of being a subject matter expert in multiple platforms/systems, maintaining 24x7x365 system availability.\nWHAT THE ROLE OFFERS\nMicrosoft 365 tenant administration, ensuring operational health, performance, and security.\nRecommends and implements policies and standards relating to Microsoft 365.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, Active Directory and Exchange in a hybrid environment.\nProvide 24/7 ‘tier3’ on-call support of specific production systems as required.\nDesign and implement technical solutions to support business requirements.\nWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED\nBachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent of work experience.\n8+ years’ experience as a Senior Systems Administrator in a medium to large scale environment.\nExpert knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure, including implementing, troubleshooting, and administration of various applications and services.\nExperience managing Copilot, Power Platform, SharePoint, Purview, and DLP in an enterprise.\nExperience in implementing and managing Windows infrastructure services incl.
