Join us.\nYour Impact\nAs a Lead Systems Administrator within OpenText's Directory Services team, you will be instrumental in maintaining and evolving the core infrastructure services that support a global enterprise environment. You will work across Active Directory, DNS, identity management, and cloud technologies to ensure services remain secure, reliable, and scalable. By combining technical expertise with strong operational discipline, you will help drive automation, improve service delivery, and support key infrastructure initiatives that enable business success.\nWhat the Role Offers\nSupport and enhance large-scale Directory Services platforms, including Active Directory, DNS, identity management, and cloud-based services.\nDesign, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments and critical infrastructure services.\nLeverage automation tools such as PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible to improve operational efficiency and consistency.\nCollaborate on domain migrations, platform upgrades, cloud integrations, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.\nWork with a diverse technology stack including Windows, Linux, VMware, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, OKTA, Infoblox, and Zabbix.\nPartner with experienced engineers while developing expertise in enterprise-scale infrastructure and directory services.\nWhat You Need to Succeed\n5+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments with a focus on Windows Server and Active Directory technologies.\nStrong hands-on experience with directory services, DNS, Group Policy, identity management, and systems administration.\nExperience with scripting and automation technologies, including PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible.\nSolid understanding of virtualization, networking fundamentals, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and infrastructure best practices.\nWorking knowledge of Linux administration, patch management processes, monitoring tools, and technical documentation.\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and participate in on-call support rotations.\nOne Last Thing\nOpenText is more than just a corporation; it's a global community where trust is foundational, the bar is raised, and outcomes are owned.\nOpenText's efforts to build an inclusive work environment go beyond simply complying with applicable laws.
