Join us.\nOpenText is looking for a dynamic and experienced AI principal product manager to define and deliver our market leading Intelligent Fax Aviator solution from OpenText as part of the Digital Experience (DX) FAX Product Team. We are a global organization of highly skilled and motivated professionals whose #1 goal is to create products that make our clients wildly successful and deliver significant business value.\nYour Impact:\nAs a principal leader in the Business Unit of Digital Experience, you will join collaborative, fast-paced teams and work cross-functionally to design, build, and GTM with our Fax Aviator AI Solution to support the OpenText DX Fax Portfolio and the next generation of AI in our Digital Fax offerings. The Principal Product Manager is responsible for definition and execution of the solution strategy, delivery of releases, and successfully bringing these to market with optimal commercialization value. This includes gathering client insights, roadmap development, product and pricing strategy, competitive positioning / differentiation, and competitive tracking of the offerings in the marketplace globally.\nThis role reports directly to the Director, Product Management within the Digital Experience (DX) business unit at OpenText.\nThis is an opportunity for a passionate, driven PM leader to excel at delivering on a cutting-edge business and be rewarded with career growth for the success of its new offerings!\nWhat The Role Offers:\nBring a strong understanding of AI to our digital communication fax channel and market, with a deep understanding of the Healthcare, Public Sector and FinServ verticals.\nEvangelize and create buy-in from internal and external stakeholders for roadmap vision.\nWork with other DX product managers, PM team lead, UX designers and marketing managers to develop commercialization features and packaging strategies.\nCollaborate with sales, services, partners, designers, and cloud ops to ensure feedback into the roadmap to drive client / stakeholder satisfaction.\nModel market movements to create forward-looking roadmaps that optimize returns.\nEvangelize product to clients, field, and industry analysts to build awareness and mindshare when necessary (travel occasionally required).\nTranslate roadmap strategy into detailed and appropriate artifacts for agile development.\nWhat You Need To Succeed:\nDemonstrable 15+ years of Product Management experience with multiple product launches under the belt.\nDemonstrate AI product experience, and deep understanding of AI concepts and commercialization.\nExperience working with large and complex products at an enterprise level within a large organization.\nStrong presentation, excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.\nUnderstanding of Hyperscalers and AI ecosystems.\nCollaborative mindset and ability to work with distributed, cross-functional teams.\nAbility to create business plans, communicate verbally and visually and persuasively advocate viewpoints or strategic goals/imperatives.\nExperience with healthcare and/or financial markets preferred.\nMBA/MEng or equivalent preferred.\nOne Last Thing:\nOpenText is more than a corporation-it’s a global community built on trust, character, and purpose.
