You will work closely with development and operations teams to design, implement, and maintain systems that are resilient and efficient.\nWHAT THE ROLE OFFERS\nDesign and maintain AWS-based infrastructure with a focus on security, performance, and cost optimization.\nUse Terraform and Terragrunt to provision and manage infrastructure as code across multiple environments.\nMonitor and optimize Windows and Linux-based systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance with operational standards.\nCollaborate with development teams to ensure seamless CI/CD integration and deployment of microservices.\nImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Octopus Deploy, Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions.\nLead root cause analysis and resolution of infrastructure and application performance issues.\nParticipate in on-call rotations and lead incident response for critical systems, ensuring rapid recovery and postmortem analysis.\nExplore and contribute to AI-driven observability, alerting, and self-healing strategies for cloud infrastructure and applications, including anomaly detection and automated remediation.\nWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum 8 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering roles supporting production-grade systems.\nDeep expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration at scale.\nProven experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines using Octopus Deploy, Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working across development, product, and operations teams.\nDemonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and influence architectural decisions.\nExperience presenting reliability strategies to leadership and driving cross-functional initiatives.\nExposure to AI/ML-based monitoring, anomaly detection, or automated remediation systems.\nInterest in contributing to internal AI adoption strategies for cloud operations.\nONE LAST THING:\nOpenText is more than just a corporation, it's a global community where trust is foundational, the bar is raised, and outcomes are owned.\nOpenText's efforts to build an inclusive work environment go beyond simply complying with applicable laws.
