Join us.\nYour Impact:\n\nReporting to the TSS (Technical Success Services) Practice Manager, the Sr. Cloud Applications Consultant is part of the technical managed services team, responsible for end-to-end technical delivery, including administration and management of the OpenText Documentum product suite for global customers.\nWe are seeking a technically resourceful professional with the ability to deliver exceptional customer experience in a challenging and rewarding environment.\nYou will join a growing team providing world-class operational support, including hands-on troubleshooting and administration for enterprise customers, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure service level commitments and customer satisfaction are consistently achieved.\nWhat the role offers:\nRelevant experience: 5-8 years\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (required).\nStrong hands-on experience in administering and managing the OpenText Documentum platform\nLeveraging AI and automation to accelerate troubleshooting, improve operational efficiency, and drive innovative solutions for complex Documentum support challenges\nExperience with core Documentum components: D2, Content Server, xPlore, CTS, D2-REST, DFS, DFC, BOF, DQL, and Documentum Administrator\nWhat you need to succeed:\nRepresenting OpenText professionally in all interactions with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders\nDemonstrating strong customer focus, empathy, and clear written and verbal communication\nResponding to and solving customer technical requests, showing an understanding of the customer's managed hosted environment and applications within the OpenText Cloud, enabling resolution of complex technical issues.\nOperating, administering, and maintaining production Documentum applications in accordance with defined policies and procedures\nMonitoring applications, infrastructure, and services; troubleshooting alerts to ensure service level agreement (SLA) compliance\nManaging incidents, problems, changes, and releases within an ITIL-aligned service delivery model\nCollaborating with Product Support, Cloud Operations, Network, and cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues\nMaintaining accurate operational documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder communication\nProviding knowledge sharing, guidance, and mentoring to team members and customers as required\nEscalating risks, issues, and deviations in a timely manner and supporting continuous operational improvement\nPreferred skills:\nDocumentum Life Sciences modules - Q&M and R&D\nInfoArchive and/or Core for Capital Projects\nExperience managing Documentum in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including containerized deployments\nFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm\nExperience supporting incident, problem, change, and release management within an ITIL-based service delivery model\nUnderstanding of object-oriented programming, web services, LDAP, and RDBMS concepts\nWorking knowledge of Unix and Windows operating systems\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills in fast-paced, globally distributed environments\nPreferred certifications:\nDocumentum certification\nITIL (Foundation or higher)\nAny Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP) \nOne last thing:\nOpenText is more than just a corporation, it's a global community where trust is foundational, the bar is raised, and outcomes are owned.
