The successful candidate will work across Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Cloud Operations, Professional Services, Customer Support, Sales, Solution Consulting, and Customer Success teams to deliver innovative solutions that help organizations govern, automate, secure, and extract value from their enterprise content.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise, deep knowledge of Enterprise Content Management (ECM), and a passion for AI-driven innovation. They will play a critical role in modernizing the Content Management platform, enabling intelligent content experiences, and supporting OpenText's AI-first strategy by identifying opportunities to embed AI across the product portfolio.\nWhat the role offers\nAs a Sr Product Manager, you will:\nDefine and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Content Management platform capabilities. \nOwn business outcomes and customer value realization across Content Intelligence, WebReports, Process Automation, Document Control, and Process Control. \nPartner with Engineering and Architecture teams to deliver scalable, secure, cloud-ready, high-performance solutions. \nCollaborate with customers, partners, advisory boards, and go-to-market teams to drive adoption and strategic product investments. \nLead market research, competitive analysis, and roadmap prioritization aligned to customer needs and business objectives. \nDrive platform modernization focused on extensibility, interoperability, automation, compliance, and operational efficiency. \nChampion Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, RAG, intelligent automation, and content intelligence capabilities across the portfolio. \nAlign cross-functional stakeholders and support OpenText’s AI-first strategy, operational excellence, product launches, and platform evolution.\nWhat you need to succeed\n5+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, or related experience delivering enterprise software solutions. \nProven success defining product strategies, multi-year roadmaps, and driving customer-focused product outcomes. \nExperience with ECM, business process automation, governance, compliance, records management, and information management solutions. \nStrong background delivering SaaS, cloud-native, hybrid, and on-premises products within Agile development environments. \nAbility to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Architecture, UX, and Cloud Operations teams while influencing cross-functional stakeholders. \nExcellent analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. \nExperience engaging enterprise customers in regulated industries and managing complex stakeholder requirements. \nPreferred: Knowledge of OpenText Content Server/OTCM, WebReports, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, RAG, AI Agents, enterprise AI architectures, SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, and cloud modernization initiatives; MBA or advanced degree considered an asset.\nOne last thing:\nOpenText is more than just a corporation, it's a global community where trust is foundational, the bar is raised, and outcomes are owned.\nJoin us on our mission to drive positive change through privacy, technology, and collaboration.
