Join us.\nProgram Manager\nAs a Program Manager at OpenText, you will play a critical role in leading and managing complex Cloud and On-Premises implementation projects for large-scale, international customers.\nYour ability to manage project scope, schedule, and quality, mitigate risks, and build trusted relationships will directly contribute to greater business efficiency and innovation for our clients.\nYour expertise in professional services delivery, stakeholder management, and project execution will ensure the success of high-impact projects that optimize how businesses manage information in today’s digital-first world.\nYour leadership will also support our Professional Services Sales team, helping to identify opportunities, estimate efforts, and deliver winning proposals that drive business growth.\nWhat the Role Offers:\nThe opportunity to lead impactful projects in a dynamic and innovative environment.\nA central role in ensuring successful project delivery, customer satisfaction, and risk mitigation.\nCollaboration with talented professionals in a supportive and learning-focused culture.\nThe ability to shape and deliver high-quality project outcomes while mentoring and developing team members.\n________________________________________\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage the end-to-end delivery of complex projects for enterprise customers.\nOversee large, multi-regional, or high-risk projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline.\nTake ownership of project financials, including P&L management and financial forecasting.\nIdentify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients.\nSupport early qualification and assessment of large and complex opportunities.\nAct as an escalation point for key project issues, ensuring cross-functional collaboration for resolution.\nDrive stakeholder engagement and maintain strong relationships with senior-level customer executives.\nProvide governance oversight, reviewing and approving key project deliverables.\nMentor and encourage skill development among project team members.\n________________________________________\nWhat You Bring:\n7+ years’ experience in complex Project Management within an Enterprise Software implementation business.\nExperience managing multiple concurrent projects, including risk assessment and issue resolution.\nPMP or equivalent certification (Waterfall, agile and hybrid methodologies).\nAbility to organise and lead matrixed teams, both locally and remotely.\nStrong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.\nEffective facilitation and decision-making abilities in complex project environments.\nExperience collaborating with sales teams to drive business growth through professional services opportunities.\nEligibility to obtain or possession of a current Australian Federal Government security clearance (NV1) is strongly preferred (Australian Citizenship required).\nFirst-level university degree preferred.\n________________________________________\nLocation:\nThis role is based in one of Sydney, Canberra,, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Perth, with potential travel to client sites as needed.\nOpenText's efforts to build an inclusive work environment go beyond simply complying with applicable laws.
